TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS Blue Brook Architecture, Inc. has extensive experience with tenant improvement projects. Our tenant improvement projects have included restaurants, grocery stores, salons, medical offices, administrative offices, retail, health clubs, and industrial uses. Trying to cut corners on the documents for tenant improvement build-outs ultimately costs more money and takes longer. We do a thorough set of documents for the local jurisdiction to ensure the permitting process goes smoothly and quickly. Tenant improvement clients are often working with very limited budgets. We are careful to do cost-effective designs without making compromises that will become maintenance headache. |
