Realistic Computer Rendering

We have the capability to do realistic computer renderings so our clients can have a good understanding of our design proposals before committing to the expense of building the project. This allows us to refine the design with the client to a greater level of detail and allows our clients to get exactly what they want. Compare this to the final photos to see how the design changed. Our original design included a clerestory window over the living room which would have been fully shaded in summer to avoid heat gain. To save money the clerestory was changed to a venting skylight, whcih while it allows solar heat into the living room in the summer, also does a very good job at removing it every night through natural, stack effect ventilation.
