The final architectural design scheme included 28 units following the "U" shape of scheme D and creating a courtyard on the roof of the parking garage. This scheme included one level of parking and no commercial space, a roofed picnic and barbecue pavilion in the middle of the courtyard and a green roof and roof deck amenitiy at the front portion of the roof.
